Return Policy makes it possible for you to return a product if you receive a product which is damaged, defective or significantly different from what was purchased.
Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Please ensure that the product has not been used for any work while returning it
- Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly from our official website (www.babylak.com).
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
- For prepaid orders, refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after cancellation confirmation.
Refund
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

- Feeding bottles, nipples, teethers, and similar baby care items
- Cloth diapers or soaker pads
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products bought during clearance or sale
Return and Replacement Process

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images (if damaged or defective).
- Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping.
- Once the product is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
